Mission & Vision

Mission Statement

Transition to Community (TTC) is a 501c3 non-profit Christ-centered ministry. TTC ministers with a wholistic approach to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of pre-release and post-release prisoners and individuals desiring to overcome addictions. Individuals will overcome obstacles in their lives and become responsible contributors in their family, workplace and community through the Potter’s House residential ministries.

Vision Statement

The Potter’s house is a safe place for recovery and discipleship in the areas of addictions and life’s dysfunctions.

Mission Strategy

Our mission is to see individuals with a history of crime and substance abuse experience transformation through Jesus Christ.
Through this residential program men are mentored and trained to maintain successful employment, reconcile with their families, heal from the wounds of their past, and be strong, healthy leaders in their families, churches, and communities.

We help individuals outline a growth plan for personal development through their stay in the program. Terms of stay are determined by their individual abilities to operate in their growth plans and prove they are prepared to live a healthy lifestyle.
