MISSION STATEMENT
Transition to Community (TTC) is a 501c3 nonprofit Christ centered ministry. TTC helps to meet the transitional needs of pre and post release male prisoners and their families in order to prepare them for reintegration into the community. TTC networks with other ministries and organizations and connects clients to resources. TTC provides pre-release orientation classes to educate sentenced men who are eligible for release. TTC also provides post-release services with a continuum of care through case management and supervised transitional housing for men who choose to participate in the program with the objective of a changed lifestyle.
